Exchange Policy

We do not support exchanges. Customers are responsible for confirming all details—including size, design, quantity, and shipping address—prior to placing an order. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect item selection.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing or on its way to shipment.

  • An incorrect design or size was shipped (not as ordered).

  • The item is made from a different material than described.

  • You received the wrong item.

Product Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed.

  • Not be modified in any way.

  • Not have defects caused by the customer.

  • Include original tags.

  • Have no minor loose threads that can be easily repaired or cut.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Proof Required for a Refund

To process your refund, please provide the following:

  1. Shipping label/receipt

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. A clear photo of the received product

  4. Email correspondence with our support team

How to Request a Return & Refund
